Sharks 12 lost to Roosters 19
Knights 28 def. Broncos 12
Raiders 10 lost to Panthers 18
Dragons 12 def. Warriors 11
Bulldogs 22 def. Tigers 20
Game of the Round
Bulldogs and the Tigers proved a thriller, with the battle between Michael Ennis and Robbie Farah entertaining for all to watch. The game see-sawed and the lead changed three times, as the contest for a NSW Origin Hooker spot was on the line. In the end the Bulldogs (and Ennis) came out on top 22-20. The win sees the Dogs as the only team with 7 wins, although they remain on 12 points due to losing two for a player infringement in round three. They lead the table with the Dragons, Broncos and Titans nipping at their heels.
Round 12 Super 14 Wrap- Lucinda Ross
Hurricanes 45 def. Blues 27
Crusaders 32 def. Lions 20
NSW Waratahs 18 def. Cheetahs 10
ACT Brumbies 52 def. QLD Reds 13
Sharks 23 def. Highlanders 15
Bulls 32 def. Western Force 29
Chiefs 28 def. Stormers 14
Game of the Round
The Bulls managed to keep a vibrant Western Force at bay in Pretoria with both sides showing they want to be in the running for the finals. The visitors’ display included four tries but the boot of Morne Steyn kept the Bulls at number three on the table. The Force are sitting in ninth position but last night’s performance showed they have what it takes to scare the strong teams.

Game of the Round
Hawthorn’s thrilling 4-point win over Carlton at the MCG was all that could be expected, and more. The Hawks assumed an early lead before the Blues fought back in the third term to trail by one behind. Unfortunately for Carlton, they don’t have the forward line of Jarryd Roughead, Lance Franklin, and Stuart Dew, who kicked five goals between them in the final term. The other game that rates a mention is Brisbane’s win over Essendon at the Gabba. The home side was all class with the B-Boys back to their best; Jonathan Brown kicked five goals and Daniel Bradshaw four. A special mention must go to Joel Patfull for a stellar mark that I’m tipping will be a finalist in the Mark of the Year competition.

Well I am a cranky fellow now. What did I say – Tah’s to beat the Cheetahs & guess what, they did.
What do you know they also beat the Sharks the week after, and guess what I think they will beat the Lions next……….when will people learn to listen.
